International Orders
If you do not have Neera Detox in your region, shipping via mail order is available (excludes shipping to PO Box addresses) . To place an international order, e-mail us your order enquiry and/ or quantity. You will be advised upon the best possible shipping method as well as the total charges payable. A secure payment link will be sent to you via email to confirm the order and process your payment. Please allow one to two business days for shipping.
Only Visa and Mastercard payments for all international orders are accepted.
We ship internationally via UPS and Insured Parcel Post. To ensure that your package arrives on time, please ensure that your shipping details are clearly and correctly written . We are not liable for any items returned due to incorrect shipping details.
Please Note: All international orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays.
Refund Policy/Exchange
If, for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will replace, exchange, credit or refund your money within a 30-day period. Products are not returnable if used or tampered with unless authorised.
For Singapore orders, please contact your local retailer for a refund or an exchange. To process all refunds/ exchanges, please bring along your invoice, all items of the product in its original packaging for proof of purchase. Please also indicate reason for your refund/exchange.
or International orders , contact us via e-mail with reason of your refund/exchange, indicate your full name as per credit card transaction and date of purchase. We will contact you within one to two business days to authorise your refund/exchange.
When returning or exchanging any part of your order, please include:
- the original packaging,
- the original packing slip,
- a copy of the original Worldpay sales receipt with authorisation code written on it,
- a note of the items being returned/exchanged and list any items that should be sent in exchange.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Regrettably, all shipping and handling fees are not refundable. However, if the return is the result of our error, we will refund all shipping charges.
To return items, please send your return by UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and prompt delivery.

Damaged Shipment
Should your package be damaged during shipment by the carrier, please notify us immediately at 65 68663298 or e-mail us
The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package (inclusive of the box and merchandise) and we will arrange for the damaged items to be replaced.
