- In the event a prize is not claimed within 14 days, we reserve the right to terminate the claim and choose an alternate winner.

- To enter to win Neera Detox Monthly Giveaway, You must be a customer of our participating retailers or direct customer of Innerbalance Pte Ltd (online sales). An original copy of receipt or invoice is required for proof of sale in order to claim the Monthly Giveaway. You must also be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Innerbalance Pte Ltd and subsidiaries are not eligible to win the Monthly Giveaway.
- Each month the Monthly Giveaway Program will begin on the first day of the relevant month and will end the last day of the relevant month.
- With respect to each Monthly Giveaway, a winner will be selected from all eligible entries within five (5) business days after the end of each month. Innerbalance Pte Ltd will notify the winner via Facebook with instructions to claim the prize. The winner is required to complete the winning claim form to complete the process and return it to Us within (14) business days upon notification. In the event that a winner does not respond to Our notification within two (14) business days, We reserve the right to choose an alternate winner.
– The Monthly Giveaway prize is one Neera Detox Kit and is not transferable. There shall be no substitution of a prize for cash or other goods and services. By accepting a prize, You expressly grant authority to Innerbalance Pte Ltd to use your comments in any form of media in perpetuity without further approval by, or notification or compensation to, You. In the event a prize is not claimed within (14) business days, We reserve the right to terminate the claim and choose an alternate winner.
– Innerbalance Pte Ltd, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process or violating the terms and conditions.
– Innerbalance Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any Monthly Giveaway if it is not capable of completing the Monthly Giveaway as planned, whether due to infection by computer virus, computer bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
